Australian Standard Postage – $8.25 Flat Rate
Free Standard Postage on Orders over $100

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivery times generally take 3-10 Days within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International Standard Shipping – $25.00 Flat Rate
Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $200

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivery times generally take 5-25 Days depending on your location and customs process. Import taxes and duties related to international shipping are the responsibility of the consumer.

SHIPPING POLICIES
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Aster & Oak is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Aster & Oak will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with our products and we welcome you to contact us at sales@asterandoak.com.au should you wish to communicate regarding an exchange or refund of a faulty product or sizing problem. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post within 14 days.

Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged during or after delivery. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

ALL ELIGIBLE ONLINE RETURNS REQUIRE:

1. Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all Aster & Oak labels/tags attached.
2. Tax Invoice or PayPal / Bank Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
3. The items are returned within 14 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items.
