Delivery Within Australia
Free Shipping on all orders over $120 AUD
Orders below $120 AUD – Flat rate Standard $10.00 or Flat rate Express $15.00
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in VIC within 1-2 business days and delivery times generally take 2-5 days within Australia.
New Zealand Deliveries
Free Shipping on orders over $200 AUD
Orders below $200 AUD – New Zealand Express Flat rate $20.00
International Deliveries
Free Shipping on orders over $300 AUD
Orders below $300 AUD - International Express Flat rate $35.00
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in VIC within 1-2 business days and delivery times generally take 5-10 days depending on your location and customs process. Import taxes and duties related to international shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Order Amendments
Unfortunately, once an order is placed on our website, we cannot cancel or amend your order. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Changes to delivery addresses
- Clothing size or colour changes
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts or sale codes
- Full or partial order cancellations
Please ensure the details provided are 100% correct at the time of order placement.
Delays & Return To Sender
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays whilst in transit. For any delivery enquiries please contact the online Customer Service team at sales@asterandoak.com.au.
Return to sender orders will be charged a flat shipping return fee of $15 + any admin fees incurred during the sale. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your original method of payment.
